Service Bluetooth System allows the user to manage the coffee machine at a distance. The quality of a cup of coffee is ensured thanks to the use of the traditional heat exchanger system with a thermosyphon circulation and units with static pre-infusion that create a constant thermal stability. In order to meet the preferences and needs of professional baristas, we have developed two versions of this machine: the “SED” and the “SAP”. The “SED” version allows the user to program the doses by using a simple push-button and the “SAP” version offers a semi-automatic programming and continuous dispensing that’s controlled by using an on/off button.

In order to prepare cappuccino beverages of a perfect quality, the steam taps are designed in a way to combine an unique mix of air and steam that allows you to obtain a perfectly frothed milk with an ideal consistence.
