DUAL BOILER FOR THERMAL STABILITY

Two separate boilers—one for steam and hot water, and another one for coffee—ensure greater thermal stability and allow users to deliver coffee and steam simultaneously.

UNIQUE PADDLE SYSTEM

The uniquely designed paddle enables users to control the water flow during the brewing process. Water flow changes as the paddle rotates, until the highest possible pressure is reached.

“L58E” GROUP MANOMETER

The “L58E” group manometer measures the extraction pressure, enabling baristas to achieve unmatched precision.

DOUBLE MANOMETER FOR STEAM AND WATER

Thanks to the double manometer for steam and hot water, users can control the pressure in both the steam boiler and the pump with ease.

“LCC” ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM 

The “LCC” (Lelit Control Centre) electronic control system lets users manage all brewing parameters, including water temperature, pre-infusion time, steam boiler activation, and more.

MOVABLE WATER TANK

The water tank is placed in a separate stainless-steel box, which can be fitted on either of the appliance’s three sides. Located externally, a water tank of this type prevents water from heating up before brewing.
